Track 15 to 17 taken from Christ's Death demo tape.
Track 18 is an "Alcoholic Coma" rehearsal demo version from Rehearsals 89.
Track 19 is a "Secrets of a Window" rehearsal demo version.
Track 20 is an outtake from sessions for The Worst.
